Shipping policy

All orders are shipped USPS or UPS. Order processing takes 5-7 business days (same-day delivery not offered). Rarepair.com does not ship outside the United States. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Any delays due to USPS exceptions and weather are beyond our control. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Shipping is free for gift cards, stickers and items over $150. There is a $10 flat fee on all other items.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for mis-delivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being entered by the customer, or if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Please make sure all shipping info is correct before placing your order.

Rarepair.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier to report and investigate the issue.
