Refund policy
Rarepair.com accepts returns and exchanges on full-priced merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL ORIGINAL tags attached within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, or without a receipt, purchases may be returned for exchange or store credit only. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition. Return must have original invoice or receipt.
Prepaid shipping labels are not provided for returns. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. When making return, please include original packing slip in shipment along with the items you wish to return. Send to address below. If you wish to exchange item(s), please email online@rarepair.com for availability of desired exchange item(s). Ship your return or exchange through an insured trackable carrier, as rarepair.com cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

An email notification will be sent to you once your package has been received and refunded by rarapair.com. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 business days of receipt of your return (please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from rarepair.com).
If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact online@rarepair.com within 3 DAYS of receiving merchandise to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or exchange. You must include a photo of the damage / defect with your email.
